    Thank you a lot for great courses. But I failed to find answer in your course\cisco.com\google. Could you please help me with it?

    I had a job interview a few day ago. There was thoot scenario: one of hosts in the network generates a lot of ARP messages, because of that CPU utilization on routers is really high and as results eBGP neighbors goes up and down every 4 hours.

    Could you please explain or point me to documentation where I can find out why the problem does not affect to iBGP neighbors (no flapping of iBGP neighbors) and interval is 4 hours?
